Toilet waste pipe leaking

The toilet flush pipe is dripping water. Pipe is probably old, I live in a 1930s apartment building. I've tried to indicate the area of the pipe that has the leak in the photo (but leak is coming from the bottom of that area). When I wipe the pipe where the drip is originating from the material appears to be crumbling and is dark blackish colour. As you will see in the photo, I have put a container under there. I empty it once per day, water is clear so assume it's just the water that sits in the pipe/bowl. The drip started the same week as lockdown, but I have assumed this isn't an emergency job. However, I have noticed that the container is filling faster than when the drip started (originally it would be about a quarter fill, and now it is about three-quarters fill in a 24 hour period).
