Toilet - Duffy Rd

Hi. I own a home in the Waitakere Village area which is rented. My tenant has said: "May require a plumber to attend next week. Slowly draining toilet (off laundry) Im suspecting a blockage somewhere past the inspection point as I’ve tried the usual tricks to loosen any issues with no avail." My tenant is pretty practical so I assume it's a real issue. We're on a septic tank out there, but that shouldn't be full. It would be great if someone can have a look. I am based in Australia but the tenants can give you access. Thanks.
