Need to install a rain drain and connect to rain water drain

I need a rain drain to be installed ( like this --- / --- ) the concrete has already been cut and slotted drain pipe is also laid . Someone needs to come connect the slotted drain pipe to the rain drain which then connects rain water drain. Post the connection water from the perforated pipe and from the concrete patio will go into the rain drain and then eventually drain into rain water main drain.
