The Auckland Council (Officer Johnathan Reddell) has served a rather heavy letter to my brothers widow with a notice to fix which is attached below, What is required is a building consent and subsequent works to take care of the drive way sump or cesspit. We need an experienced drain layer to help us get the job done.
