Drainage - BBQ Area 2
Job description
This is for my rental property and attached below is the work that needs to be done as specified by the tenant in her own words. When it rains the water comes off the side of shade hitting the grass verge and making it very muddy, thus spreading onto the paved bbq area about 3ft thus requiring water blasting to remove the mud. What we think needs to be done to sort out the problem is either making the concrete area wider or placing a drainage guttering around edges directing water to down pipe.

Worked till 9 p.m. yesterday to ensure that he completed the job yesterday itself. Very hardworking person, who kept the place neat and tidy after the job. I was very impressed with his workmanship and the tidiness of the place after he had completed his job. Had to finish the job quite late yesterday, coz he was getting really very busy in the next few days - I can understand why. Very honest person who tries to minimize costs as much as possible to leave us satisfied at the end of the day.
