New stormwater connections
Job description
We have a residential/commercial mix building. After attempts to unblock two drains, at the premises, the Drain Doctor has done a CCTV inspection to see what's going on (see attachment). According to their feedback both drains are failed soakholes and are not connected to current main stormwater connections. As per his assesment both drains are just going down underground for 500mm and then "soaked" rainwater away. However over time this method has failed in resulting the rainwater to flood the 500mm pipe underground and just overfows on the top and divert the water all over the foot path. Rather than just fix the two soakholes, we'd like you to apply for two new stormwater connections to the property on our behalf, manage liaise with the Council and tenants, and take the job through to fruition.
