Toilet cistern repair, basin and sealant repair

1. Upstairs toilet leaks after finishing flush and refill. Possibly some valve or washer is not seated properly? 2. Hand basin tap needs attention - our efforts to change the washer did not make it better. Also, a rusty bolt between the taps needs replacing with chrome one or other water-resistant one. Also, a leak between the chrome trap and porcelain has caused a slight rust stain on the porcelain. Advice/fixing needed to stop that rust increasing - possibly by improving the seal between the trap and the porcelain.. 3. White sealant behind downstairs hand basin needs replacing.
