Kitchenette benchtop and plumbing

We want to install a new small benchtop. There is a bathroom next door so the water and drain pipeline connection is required. I intend to buy a benchtop and sink unit from bunnings or mitre10. What I need help with is to cut the wall and connect to the bathroom next door.
