Leak behind toilet

There are two tasks. 1. There is a slow drip from behind the toilet cistern. From under the house a section of chipboard flooring is now wet. It does not drip all the time. After flushing and after cistern is filled it can be heard but in the morning there is no dripping. Could be the shower pipes which are nearby. 2. Under the house a 1m section of copper pipe is corroded and possibly needs to be replaced. Can start any time. Key is on site in a lock box.

Leak is all fixed. Job done quickly and a fair price. I would use him again for sure.
