Laundry removal and install, repair gib

Reposting without the tiling component: Old laundry tub and tapware to be removed and second hand super tub to be installed. brown tiles above to come out, re-gib. I think it is particle board currently, so suspect will have to gib the whole wall under window and the wall next to. But open to recommended approach. Plastering NOT required. Tiling NOT required.
