Job description
The toilet overflow water is leaking out the front of the property. It sounds like it's continuously refilling. The tap 's extremely hard to turn and could possibly have a washer issue. House built in 60s and tap possibly from same time.

An excellent job done by Johann - very friendly, willing and provided me with such efficient service. He even showed me a few tricks of the trade. My toilet no longer leaks and I have a smooth running tap plus he charged me at a very affordable rate. Thanks Johann for the relief lol. I totally recommend him. Liz
