Toilet is loose and wax ring broken.

Toilet securing bolts seem to have corroded away or the toilet was secured with adhesive of some kind. Either way the toilet is wobbling if you push it sideways and the wax ring for the down pipe has broken. No smell at all so not sure how the pipe is fitted below ground but perhaps it’s all enclosed and the wax ring is just cosmetic. There is underfloor crawl access to get under the house but you’ll need to be on the smaller side to fit.
