Hot water cylinder system constantly draining cold water, I presume it is a faulty EVT but would like someone to inspect and repair. Turned off power to hot water but still drains cold water. Have tried to flush the valve but causes loud thumping noise , rattling and still drains. System was installed 3 year ago
