Leaking Cold expansion valve & leaking toilet cystern.
Job description
Leaking Cold water expansion valve (CWE) connected to the water inlet pipe of the Hot water cylinder. It should be a constant drip when working not a constant stream according to the pictures. I checked the temperature pressure valve doesn't appear to be any leaks from that waste pipe. Also there is water leaking into the bowel of the ensuite toilet.

Jimmy did a good job of replacing the cold water expansion valve. My wife mentioned he was nice to deal with and he was very quick and efficient as well. He also managed to redo the drain hole so that it aligned with the waste pipes. No more constant stream and the hot water seems hotter now.
