Dishwasher connection and installation

Hi there I recently purchased a dishwasher and included installation fee upon delivery but the guys who were supposed to install it said that they do not have access to the drain and water supply from the dishwasher compartment and should contact a plumber to work the connections out through the cabinetry. The job includes some drilling/making a hole for the drain tubes to pass through the cabinetry to connect to the pipes for the drain. See photos attached.
