Good morning, I am needing a plumber to come through and replace my bathroom tap that is loose. I had my builder look at it and he said that the bolts inside have likely rusted and snapped so there's nothing keeping it secure. He has advised me the tap needs to be replaced. Can you please let me know if you are available to do this job for me ASAP as I am selling my house!
