Waste and watersupply line relocation

Plumber needed to relocate pipes for a kitchen sink / mixer - Relocate sink waste pipe for P trap left, through stud, towards the corner of the room - Remove taps and excess pipes, relocating the water supply line into the corner of the wall (in line with the waste pipe). Install a supply shut off valve to the water supply line. I suspect that an old zip had previously been supplying the hot water to the taps, and is likely the reason for the excess pipes. There is possibly only a cold water supply line, no hot water (not needed).
