Leaking Toilet and Bath tap

We have a toilet that is constantly refilling itself and then it also developed a slight leak from the underside of the cistern. We also have a bath tap that has developed a drip from the underside - very slow drip but needs to be repaired or replaced. If it needs to be replaced I would want a more modern tap.
