The toilet flush tank doesn't close completely and keeps flushing a very small amount of water continuously, accompanied by a hissing sound. The flush tank is plastic and a bit old, so it might be a little tricky to open it up to fix the leak. But I prefer fixing the leak to replacing the toilet.
