Water leaking in bathroom, unknown source

We have a macerator connected to shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom. Recently a leak has surfaced which is spreading water throughout the area and between the walls and into our underflooring. We can not determine the source of the leak, but given the lack of rain, we believe it must relate to the plumbing rather than water seepage. Need help finding and fixing.
