Replace black buteline plumbing under house

We have had some black buteline piping fail underneath our house and it needs replacing (the initial leak has been fixed). There is a crawl space underneath the house to gain access. The plumbing goes to one bathroom and the kitchen and a couple of outdoor taps. I think it has already been replaced in the walls so we are wanting to replace beneath the house only. I would also like an additional outdoor tap installed at the same time.
