This trader's registration should be reviewed, claiming he has 38 years of experience but very good at ripping off. without plumbing skills; as both two give jobs failed; leaking. He was requested for two jobs; changing old sink water system to the new one in the kitchen and the laundry tub to new one. He charged me $2290 for the materials and $1555 for labour. He didn't want to talk but drove off after announcing I'll get an invoice for additional $500. When the problem arise he doesn't answer

"This person is nothing but a bd debtor with poor attitude and no knowledge of building trade.! I visited site gave a quote with my “Terms of Trade” clearly pointed out. This person dusky accepted my quote but tried to bargain and only pay part I was professional and stated my “Terms of Trade” are very clear and non negotiable. Once the quote is excepted so are the Terms of Trade. It was an old house with old pipes including galvanised waste pipes which I upgrade to pvc. An awkward person"
