Replace Dux piping

Replace all Dux piping in the property. Non-urgent work. We're keen on addressing the Dux piping only - the majority of which is under the laundry/toilet/bathroom area (7m x 3.2m). Inside this area is 8 cold water outlets and 6 hot water outlets. Outside this area there is a hot/cold tap in the kitchen, a long inlet from the water toby, and three external taps (for hosepipes).
