Increase water pressure of the outdoor rainwater tank

We want to increaser the water pressure of our rainwater tank. It currently doesn't have a pump and it is just using gravity to drive the water out of the tank. We are thinking of attaching an external pump but if if there's a cheaper more efficient way than this, all advices will be considered.
