Hello I am contacting you regarding installation of services to a section in Carterton where we would like to plant a tiny home. We have an existing tiny home on wheels with mains water supply and electricity connected to a temp post halfway between the road and the back of the section. We would like to add another tiny home and would require an extension of the water supply, an extension of electrical conduit, and also a sewer connection for both tiny houses to the road. The current tiny house owner has a composting toilet but would like a flushing toilet. The new tiny house will have a macerator and pump and a 50mm outlet. I think there are two options as regards connecting to the mains. Either: A) The new sewer line would run all the way to the first tiny house, connect to a regular flush toilet, and the line from the new tiny home would connect to the sewer just down stream from the existing tiny house, or; B) The new sewer line could be very short, the current tiny house could have a macerator and pump installed, and there would be two 50mm connections to the sewer. The home is scheduled to arrive on the section around 4 months from now, ie late December /early January. We would like to receive a quote from you as a local supplier.
