Replacing bathroom furniture & minor laundry refit

We want to replace the toilet and sink unit in a cloakroom, and remove a supertub and put in a dryer and a laminate bench top across the washing machine and dryer in the laundry. The electrical work has been done and appliances and bathroom furniture is onsite ready to be installed.
