We are about to embark on some renovations, but before we do we need to know what is possible with what we already have. We need to understand the costs of what we are wanting to do, and everything hangs on the cost of plumbing, so would like someone to take a look and estimate the following: 1. Converting an existing ensuite into a wet room moving the toilet and shower plumbing from its current place. 2. Plumbing a fridge into a kitchen 3. Installing a spa pool 4. Taking an existing bedroom and converting it to an ensuite with a wet room + additional bathroom. 5. Taking 2 existing bathrooms that are side by side and converting into one family bathroom.
