Leaks in hot water cylinder and header tank

Just noticed our water tank is leaking. Our hot water has slowly been getting colder and on checking we have noticed a leak in the water cylinder. We also have a leak in our header tank. They tray that the header tank sits in slowly fills with water and leads out to the overflow pipe.
