Upgrade kitchen & bathroom

I have a second hand kitchen to replace the old existing one. I wish to take out a sunken shub in the bathroom & make it into a level floor shower. also replace a hand basin with a vanity, also putting a mirror cupboard in the wall above the vanity. removing half a cupboard in the kitchen to make room for the shower that backs onto the kitchen. The hot water cylinder will need to be turned round so it is accessible from the bathroom as it will be blocked off in the kitchen. I am able to do some of the removing of wall linings.
