We are building an A1 home kitset in Otaki early 2018, I am requiring a quote/estimate for all plumbing work - Drainlaying, Gasfitting and all Preplumb and fit off. Being a kitset all plumbing front of wall fittings are provided, therefore we only require you to price the behind the wall pipework and associated fittings as well as labour. The Kitset is the TL160 (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet) We will require gas hot water and cooking but will supply the hob and probably the Infinity unit. We havent decided on foundations yet and may go for a timber pile foundation over concrete slab, if this affects price can both options be priced.
