Replace Galv Tee into HWC

I have an electrolytically rusted galv tee riser into my HWC needing replaced I reinforced it with plastic steel as a short term measure a few years ago. I need my galv pipe cut, 2 compression fittings or similar and a new tee installed. I will assist with the work as the HWC gate valve is inside and behind a panel which has my fridge in front so I need to sort that. I can drain system prior to work being done to save time but I need to be there when it's done. I could do this myself but am short of time. Location is about 30cm inside outer wall and access is open from side of house as I have removed all the sidings to install plastic and batts.
