Remove pipes, seal shower & run hot water

Hi I am wanting to have some water and drainage/sewer pipes removed from an ex laundry. All have been capped but room will be changed into a study/office. There is good access directly under room (at least 5 ft high). Also needing sealant around shower removed and re-applied to resolve a leak. I’d like a hot water pipe and tap run into the existing laundry area which is in the garage (there is an infinity system on same wall with good access into the area).

No issues with G Force and will use them again. There was real dedication to get the job done, even though it took longer than expected, which was much appreciated.
