New Cylinder needed as soon as possible.

I need a low pressure cylinder removed as its broken and a new mains pressure cylinder installed the floor below (relocated basically and it is almost directly underneath where the current one is). I will need hot and cold water pipes ready for new washing machine when the old cylinder is removed.

Communication was great initially and Kevin went out of his way to help us get our new cylinder installed quickly as we were without hot water. Kevin is a very friendly and pleasant guy and we felt comfortable leaving him to work on his own as he seemed very trustworthy. There was an issue with the element after 1 day and a bit of a disagreement between the electrician and Kevin. Eventually the electrician paid the extra costs to repair.
