Correction of Laundry sink plumbing

We had someone come fix a leak in the join between the sink tap and the area where the washing machine hoses connect. The leak was fixed but now we can longer use the sink tap if the hoses aren't attached. So this needs to be corrected. Hopefully a small job but I am also not a plumber and could be wrong.
