Water pressure pipe - for new roof sheet replacement

Currently, now roof replacement work going at the property. There is a one sheet which has water pressure pipe in one sheet of the roof which needs some help to remove for new roof sheet replacement and 20mm cut it roof sheet, put it back as before in the 20mm . See the pics for reference. Needs to get in touch with roofer to organiase the time as soon as possible. I would like to get a quote for this job.
