Rain water tank valve and handle replacement

Kia ora, I moved into a rural property a couple of months ago and was just checking the rain water tank to see where I can turn the water supply of if needed and found it to be completely rusted. The handle is loose and if I try to turn it, it will snap off. I need someone to replace this for me as I'm not that familiar with rain water tank systems. I have attached pictures for reference. Also, if possible I need someone to replace the filter cartridge under the sink, Purtec heavy duty FP M10...

Reconnect pipes and fill in the hole

Water Pumps

The downpipe to one side of our house has been disconnected and routed down into a side paddock (see pictures). There’s also big holes where the pipes were dig up looking for possible leaks. The plumber didn’t find a leak and never came back to finish the job. The run off from half our roof continues to run into a side paddock. It’s been this way for months. We’d like the pipes reconnected to our water tank and the holes filled in.

Sunken stops of water tanks

After an urgent job to have our tanks fixed (insurance to cover). One of our older boys stood on the top and they have sunken in which has also effected our collection of water supply and we are running very low.

We’ve had decent rain but our water tanks don’t seem to be filling, and we’ve had to top them up 3 times this year. Wondering if there’s a leak and/or pipe blockage stopping the tanks from filling up

Cracked Shower tray

We have a cracked shower tray and have been told that it is out of building warranty (7 years) and can not be repaired so it will need to be replaced - Looking to get a quote to see if this can be repaired but also for the shower tray to be fully replaced. I was told to seal the crack so it can be used, so used gap filler - but shower has not been used since the crack appeared

Replace two outdoor taps
