Water tanks not filling

We’ve had decent rain but our water tanks don’t seem to be filling, and we’ve had to top them up 3 times this year. Wondering if there’s a leak and/or pipe blockage stopping the tanks from filling up

Cracked Shower tray

We have a cracked shower tray and have been told that it is out of building warranty (7 years) and can not be repaired so it will need to be replaced - Looking to get a quote to see if this can be repaired but also for the shower tray to be fully replaced. I was told to seal the crack so it can be used, so used gap filler - but shower has not been used since the crack appeared

Connect stormwater and sewerage, check existing plumbing

We have moved a 2nd hand house onto a section at Hokio Beach and recently had a Devan sewerage system installed and water tanks. The sewerage and water tanks need to be connected to the house, and we want the existing plumbing checked, taps serviced, etc. to ensure everything is working correctly.

Replace two outdoor taps

I need to outdoor taps replaced. For one nearby hose broke and has had a temporary fix but now needs a new tap installed higher up the fence. The other tap’s thread has gone and needs replacing. See photos of the two taps.

Guttering extension, 1 side of house only, need extension connected

Poor drainage from missing extension to drain. 1 side of house only. Easy access. Needs just an extension connected. Just been told I need a drain layer. Only 1 Drain, other 2 pipes going no where , plastic containers holding water from pipe.
