I have noticed water pooling around the bottom of the toilet, after further inspection it looks like the pipe which connects the cistern and toilet bowl is leaking from the seal. I would like a plumber to have a look at it and confirm that is where the leak is coming from, and fix the leak please :)

Fast and good communication, he did have to come back to look at the toilet after the fix had been made but that was no hassle and he came out and did that promptly.
