Water shoots out of the overflow pipe on the roof when the internal mixer taps are set to warm (mixing hot & cold water). The pipe is fine when the tap is set to cold water or hot water.

Matt was excellent. Prompt, great communication, great job. I wasn't really sure what to expect with the cost but I believe it was the standard call out fee so no real drama there. Would use Farrell Plumbing again. Thanks!
