The fault consists of the top of the pipe being suspended in the pipe. It may be just be a displacement, but it may potentially be broken. The fault is located right before the S-bend which then goes into the shower drain. This fault is located underneath the shower floor. There does appear to be a cavity outside of the pipe and so this may be the reason that 25 Northmeadow dr have been experiencing wet patches on their floor.
