Hot Water Cylinder

I have a tenanted property with a hot water cylinder that is not heating. The thermostat has in the past been difficult to regulate and now the water is not heating. I understand also that the water is leaking as well. Please let me know if you are interested and I will pass on my tenants details for you to make direct contact so that he can explain further or if you require a site visit to investigate further.
