Replacement of hot water cylinder

I have a sleepout/barn with 2 bedrooms and the hot water has stopped. I think it is the filament that has stopped working(not sure). But because it is about 25 years old, i would like a complete replacement with a more efficient system and mains pressure to restore proper waterflow. I live in Mauku and would like to get a quote and advice please. Would like to get work done this week.

New Insinkerator incl Install and Toilet Flush Repair

Shower leak

Minor under vanity pipe fixing

Hot Water Cylinder Relief Valve Leaking Into Tundish

I have a Rinnai 180L mains pressure electric hot water cylinder (manufactured November 2017). A fine mist of water developed around the threaded connection between the brass relief valve and the copper discharge pipe. As a temporary measure I wrapped PTFE tape around the outside of the fitting to stop the misting.
