Old 70's-80's unit to be replaced with new unit such as Tornado v2. Photo of unit to be replaced attached. (Please quote both labour only and with customer bought toilet). Also replace a couple of tap washers.

Very good communication. Informed me in good time to a short delay in starting the job. Quickly and completed job with toilet that he brought in. Great clean up. Pleasant and open personality with sense of humour. (No photo due to gap in vinyl resulting from the way it was fitted round old toilet)
