Plumbing for refrigerator

We are planning on buying a new refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser which will require a water supply, probably along the lines of a Fisher & Paykel 614L ActiveSmart RF610ADUX5 or similar. The hot water cylinder is located behind the rear wall of the refrigerator alcove, plans and photos attached, so I assume a water source would not be far away. Looking to have this done in the next few weeks, but not urgent. Thanks
