Leaking low pressure hot water cylinder

Tenant called about rusty, brown water under HWC. Sound like it has a pin hole and need replacement. Tomorrow going to check and put some photos. Update. HWC 279 L is a low pressure, 560mm by 1800mm. It looks that it has 2 pin holes and dripping rusty water and heed replacement. Slightly smaller HWC could do the job if necessary. Please supply a quote ang time frame when it could be done.
