Toilet Fix

I had a toilet installed by a previous plumber who hasn't done a satisfactory job, even after two attempts. The toilet keeps coming detached from the floor, and the coupling which attaches the toilet to the waste pipe is poorly designed which is now causing leaks. This is despite the fact the house has not been occupied since the toilet was installed, so it's not user error! I just need someone who can securely attach the toilet to the floor and redesign the toilet's connection to the waste pipe so it no longer leaks. I have tenants moving into the property at the end of this month.

Apologies for the delay in completing this review. This work was completed some time ago, but I am happy to report I have had no further issues since this work was completed. My toilet is now firmly affixed to the floor. Many thanks for the great work.
