We are buying a house and the builder's report says "No drip tray has been installed below the hot water cylinder. Moisture levels were within acceptable tolerances of dry at the time of inspection. Installation of a drained drip tray due to the 2nd storey location of the cylinder is recommended". Please could you provide us with a quote for this and the installation of a seismic restraint. (At the moment it only has 2.)
