Kitchen/Toilet plumbing work required. Also repair on waste disposal

Hi, we have 3 jobs that need completing. * We need a new tap fitted in our kitchen. We have purchased a Hansgrohe and is ready to be installed. * We have a possible water leak in the toilet. We can hear water running but not visible in the bowl. * Our waste disposal is playing up. It has an air switch on the bench and waste disposal only working if you hold the switch down. Thought it was the switch but have replaced it and the new switch has the same issue. Possibly a problem where it connects to the waste disposal.
