Installation of Outdoor Taps

Hello, I am wanting to have a second (and possibly third) outdoor tap installed at the back corner of our 1920s bungalow. The property currently has only one at the front right of the property and we would like one at the back to water the garden/clean with. The house has ample space under it with easy access as viewed in the photos below . I have included photos of the current single tap location, access under the house point, and two possible locations for a new tap install thanks, Andy
