Fix or replace broken kitchen mixer tap

Our kitchen mixer tap has a leak on the top of the spout. When we turn on the water a thin spray comes out of it. We've tried to sell with sealant but it didn't really work. I think we probably need to have it replaced. We are looking for someone to advise on the best course of action and then carry out the repair or replacement. It's usable so the repair is not super urgent. Happy to find a suitable time in the next week or so.
