Replace/Repair taps and broken toilet seat - small repairs around unit
Job description
A few jobs in the unit to be repaired/replaced. I have put up photos of below that need repairs: 1. Shower Head needs replacement 2. Kitchen sink tap is not fixed/firm / repair or replace 3. Toilet seat is broken it seems There may be some other odd jobs that my tenant will point out. I just need the work quoted. I am doing this on behalf my tenant, I will supply his contact details (he is aware of me posting this job) when needed to arrange timing etc. I am overseas at present and will be responsible of payment.
